Africa continues to face a critical shortfall in private investment for infrastructure development largely due to the scarcity of well prepared, bankable projects. A key barrier is the lack of practical, on-the-ground capacity to identify, structure and manage PPP projects across their lifecycle.

The Africa Project Finance Program is Miundo Misingi’s flagship response to this challenge. It is a structured, immersive three-month training program that blends live virtual instruction, case-based learning and real-world project exposure.

Since its launch in 2021, the program has trained over 500 mid to senior professionals from ministries, regulators, investment firms, advisory practices and project implementation units. Participants represent a wide range of countries and sectors.  The course includes expert guest lectures, peer networking, and visits to live PPP infrastructure sites - with direct engagement from public officials and sponsors.

Our goal is to build a strong African-led community of infrastructure finance professionals capable of shaping sustainable, impactful development projects.
