1,000 Bed Affordable Hostel Project, Kenya

The Hub is advising a private medical training college in Kenya on the development of a USD. 6 million, 1,000 bed hostel facility through the Design, Build, Finance Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) model. The project will adopt the GRESB ESG Reporting Framework and EDGE green building certification.

The Hub is the transaction advisor of the project and guiding the client on the conceptualization, appraisal, preparation, tendering, contract management (construction and operation) and project handover.

The Hub is looking for prospective investors and lenders who are keen on cashing on the long-term return through the project.

Application Guideline:

Ensure you have met the eligibility criteria for this program.i.e

1. Be a graduate or in the final year of your Bachelor’s degree with a 2^nd Upper Division score
2. Be a citizen from within East Africa
3. Have a passion for the Infrastructure projects
4. Aged between 20 – 35 years
5. Available for the next 6 months

A onetime application fee for the Graduate Program to be applied are as shown below;
