Miundo Misingi Hub together with Crisil Limited have been engaged by the World Bank to support 15 counties in Kenya in the upstream planning, preparation of climate‑smart capital investment plans, development of PPP‑ready project pipelines, and design of revenue innovation instruments for climate‑resilient infrastructure financing.

Miundo Misingi Hub has supported the County Government of Taita Taveta, Kenya, in conceptualization, fundraising for feasibility studies and management of feasibility studies of the 100,000m3/day Njoro Kubwa Bulk Water PPP project that is envisaged to address the water challenges in Taita Taveta and neighboring counties.

Miundo Misingi Hub was subcontracted to undertake commercial due diligence for an impact investment fund assessing a potential investment in a Kenya-based water provider. The assignment evaluated the company’s technical operations, commercial viability, growth potential, and investment readiness, providing critical insights to support investment decision-making and the expansion of safe water access across Kenya.
