Miundo Misingi Hub

Sustainable Infrastructure & ESG Advisory

We support infrastructure stakeholders in embedding sustainability, resilience and ESG principles throughout the infrastructure lifecycle.

Working with our team and associate consultants, we advise and help clients manage the entire PPP cycle from project conceptualization, feasibility studies, project preparation and structuring, tendering and contract management. Additionally, we support public sector clients in undertaking institutional strengthening and PPP policy and regulatory reform.

1. Africa Infrastructure Leadership Program

The Hub helps government agencies, planners, engineers, communities, contractors, financiers and other infrastructure stakeholders to implement more cost-effective, resource-efficient and adaptable long-term infrastructure investments choices.

To achieve this, we have partnered with the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure to deploy the Envision Sustainability Framework in Africa. Besides, we work with government agencies and private sector clients to ensure their projects acquire the Envision Sustainability Rating.

2. Africa Project Finance Program

Africa does not have an infrastructure funding problem alone, it has a leadership, project preparation and execution challenge. We must fix this first to see impact through infrastructure.

The Africa Project Finance Program is a practical, action-based program designed to equip mid-level to senior infrastructure professionals with the skills to structure, finance, and deliver bankable infrastructure PPP projects across Africa.

Through real-world case studies and hands-on learning, the three months virtual training program allows participants to gain expertise in project finance, PPPs, financial modelling, risk management, project implementation, and infrastructure sustainability.

3. Bespoke action-based PPP Training

Miundo Misingi Hub designs and delivers bespoke, action-based capacity development programs that equip infrastructure leaders, government officials, investors, lenders, and practitioners with the practical skills required to originate, structure, finance, procure, implement, and manage complex infrastructure PPP projects.

Built around real-world projects, simulations, case studies, and hands-on learning, our programs bridge the gap between theory and practice, enabling participants to make informed decisions, strengthen institutional capacity, and improve infrastructure delivery outcomes. Through our leadership-focused approach, we are developing a new generation of infrastructure professionals capable of driving sustainable infrastructure development and investment across Africa.
