The Hub was engaged to support the development of a prioritized one-year Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Improvement Plan for Ethiopia. The assignment entailed the development of practical and high-impact interventions to strengthen the country's PPP framework, enhance institutional effectiveness, and accelerate the preparation and delivery of bankable infrastructure projects.
